We elected someone to lead the most powerful nation in the world who shows a blatant disregard for the rights of women, immigrants, people of color and the LGBTQ+. These people are now a segment of society that feels threatened in their day-to-day lives because of this absurd assent to power. Hardworking American families deserve better. As an artist and a musician, I decided I needed to donate my skills and do my part. “Mr. President” is my first contribution to that effort. “Mr. President” is a song about standing up and fighting for what you believe in. It is a song about what make this country so great at down to its core, freedom.

It is my hope that this song reaches the ears of all those who are outraged by this election and motivates them into action. We must be vigilant watchdogs guarding the gates of liberty and the First Amendment must be the sword we wield.
