Amid dendrite networks
hidden weavings
take into themselves
the waste of others
once transmuted
into glory
green and lovely
shade and home
a torrent into rebirth
a season of movement
building and growing
Cells beget cells
extending into light
drinking photons with the rest
as sugars accumulate
at the ends of buds
ideas rolling into acts
full fruition
Scene:
“Through the grapevine.”
